The switches forks are oscillated at their natural frequency using a piezo- electric crystal. When forks come into contact with a fluid the oscillating frequency change that occurs is detected by the 2130 level switch and causes a change in output state. The 2130 vibrating level sensor is simple to install and requires no calibration or maintenance.
