Description。This is a 16mm deluxe thumb joystick and is very similar to the 'analog' joysticks found inside PlayStation controllers. Directional movements are provided simply by two potentiometers - one for each axis. These 10k potentiometers will read the position changes for the joystick's full range of physical motion. This joystick also has a select button that is actuated when the joystick is pressed down.。The mechanical parts found in this joystick are mostly metal and are considered far sturdier(rugged， if you will)than other， plastic joystick options.。Note：。This thumb joystick does not include a top cap and it will need to be purchased separately. Beyond enabling you to tune in to FM radio stations， the Si4703 is also capable of detecting and processing both Radio Data Service(RDS)and Radio Broadcast Data Service(RBDS)information. 。Description。The SparkFun Continuous Rotation(CR)Servo Trigger is a small robotics board that simplifies the control of hobby RC servo motors. When an external switch or logic signal changes state， the CR Servo Trigger is able to tell an attached servo motor to move from position A to position B. To use the CR Servo Trigger， you simply connect a hobby servo and a switch， then use the on-board potentiometers to adjust the start/stop positions and the transition time. You can use a hobby servo in your projects without having to do any programming!。When we introduced the original Servo Trigger， we mentioned that it could be reprogrammed to be more useful with continuous rotation servo motors. But reprogramming the firmware is somewhat tedious， and users asked for a Servo Trigger preprogrammed with the continuous rotation logic. With this little board you will be provided an easy way to deploy continuous rotation servos into your projects!。The heart of the CR Servo Trigger is an Atmel ATtiny84 microcontroller， running a small program that implements the servo control features designed for continuous rotation servos. On board each of these CR Servo Triggers you will find three potentiometers："A" sets the position the servo sits in while the switch is open， "B" sets the position the servo moves to when the switch is closed， and "T" sets the time it takes to get from A to B and back.。Compared with a servo motor， the CR Servo Trigger board draws very little current， roughly 5mA at 5V. Description。The Raspberry Pi 4 Hardware Starter Kit provides a solid set of parts and instruction for working with the Raspberry Pi 4 in a more hardware-centric manner. While the Raspberry Pi isn't typically considered a go-to for hardware projects， its I/O pins hold a lot of benefits that you can use for a variety of applications. This kit covers the basics like using LEDs， and Buttons while providing a solid set of parts for working with any other hardware I/O and the 40-pin header. In addition， we've included all the parts needed for getting the Raspberry Pi 4 up and running whether it's on its own， or using a monitor(not included). The new 64GB MicroSD cards keep read/write commands running super fast， too.。Most of the contents of the kit rely on the use of the 2x20， 40-pin header， so we've included a special extender to allow you to plug in the ribbon cable while using the provided heatsink case. We've also included a Qwiic Shim for easily working with I2C based Qwiic boards with the Pi. Description。A lot of the time you just need to add more analog inputs to solve a problem. It happens. The SparkFun Qwiic 12 Bit ADC can provide four channels of I2C controlled ADC input to your Qwiic enabled project. These channels can be used as single-ended inputs， or in pairs for differential inputs. What makes this even more powerful is that it has a programmable gain amplifier that lets you "zoom in" on a very small change in analog voltage(but will still effect your input range and resolution). Utilizing our handy Qwiic system， no soldering is required to connect it to the rest of your system. However， we still have broken out 0.1"-spaced pins in case you prefer to use a breadboard.。The ADS1015 uses its own internal voltage reference for measurements， but a ground and 3.3V reference are also available on the pin outs for users. This ADC board includes screw pin terminals on the four channels of input， allowing for solderless connection to voltage sources in your setup. It also has an address jumper that lets you choose one of four unique addresses(0x48， 0x49， 0x4A， 0x4B). With this， you can connect up to four of these on the same I2C bus and have sixteen channels of ADC. The maximum resolution of the converter is 12-bits in differential mode and 11-bits for single-ended inputs. Step sizes range from 125μV per count to 3mV per count depending on the full-scale range(FSR)setting.。We have included an onboard 10K trimpot connected to channel A3. This is handy for initial setup testing and can be used as a simple variable input to your project. But don't worry， we added an isolation jumper so you can use channel A3 however you'd like.。Note：The I2C address of the ADS1015 is 0x48 and is jumper selectable to 0x49， 0x4A， 0x4B. A multiplexer/Mux is required to communicate to multiple ADS1015 sensors on a single bus. If you need to use more than one ADS1015 sensor consider using the Qwiic Mux Breakout.。The SparkFun Qwiic connect system is an ecosystem of I2C sensors， actuators， shields and cables that make prototyping faster and less prone to error. All Qwiic-enabled boards use a common 1mm pitch， 4-pin JST connector. Description。The SparkFun ProtoShield Kit lets you customize your own Arduino shield using whatever circuit you can come up with and then test it to make sure everything is working the way it should! The SparkFun ProtoShield Kit is based off the Arduino R3's footprint that allows you to easily incorporate it with favorite Arduino-based device.。One of our favorite features with this version of the ProtoShield Kit is the solderable-like breadboard prototyping area! Half of this area was designed with a breadboard in mind. On the underside of the shield you will be able to see open jumper pads between each through hole to make a connection like a breadboard. Once you add a component， simply add a solder jumper between holes to make a connection. For those that prefer the standard prototyping pads， we left the other side(near the BlueSMiRF and Serial UART ports)as is.。We have also moved the prototype testing components(those used to make sure your circuit works effectively)off of the "mainland" of the shield and onto a ProtoSnap styled， removable PCB. Description。The SparkFun Soil Moisture Sensor is a simple breakout for measuring the moisture in soil and similar materials. The soil moisture sensor is pretty straightforward to use. The two large， exposed pads function as probes for the sensor， together acting as a variable resistor. The more water that is in the soil means the better the conductivity between the pads will be， resulting in a lower resistance and a higher SIG out. This version of the Soil Moisture Sensor includes a 3-pin screw pin terminal pre-soldered to the board for easy wiring and setup.。To get the SparkFun Soil Moisture Sensor functioning， all you will need is to connect the VCC and GND pins to your Arduino-based device(or compatible development board). You will receive a SIG out， which will depend on the amount of water in the soil. One commonly known issue with soil moisture senors is their short lifespan when exposed to a moist environment. Description。The Teensy is an amazing and compact development platform in breadboard friendly form factor， but what if you could incorporate it into the Arduino architecture? The Teensy Arduino Shield Adapter allows you to attach your Teensy and utilize your favorite Arduino shields without the requirement of breadboard or any complicated wiring. Needless to say， the Teensy Arduino Shield Adapter is useful tool for upgrading all of your existing Arduino projects to more powerful controller!。As we stated before， the Teensy Arduino Shield Adapter provides basic Arduino compatibility with your run-of-the-mill shield but there are few other fun features that we've added on， as well. These features include Real Time Clock(RTC)battery， JST battery connector， 4-12V barrel jack connector， an ICSP header， and more. Because this board is simply an adapter， there is no special programming required to start working with the adapter. You will， however， need to program the Teensy for any Arduino shield you'd like to work with.。While the adapter design can fit the Teensy LC footprint， it has been designed to fully utilize the features of the Teensy 3.1. Not all of the features available on the adapter are compatible with the LC so please be sure to check the Hookup Guide in the。Documents。section below to ensure functionality for your project.
