リサイクル原料を使用した環境にやさしい安価な吸収材です。 従来の綿状の吸収体とは異なりホコリがたちにくくなっています。

すぐれた吸着力。鉱物油、動植物油に対して自重の約30倍以上の吸着力があります。特に高濃度、高粘度の油に対して有効です。 水中混入の油も吸着。油水混合系から水分を吸わず油を選択的に九尺しますので、油水分離槽、側溝等にさいてきです。 吸着力にすぐれているので、少量で大きな効果を上げることが出来、低コストを実現します。 吸着量をポリプロピレン製の約3～4倍のため、ゴミ発生量が約半分以下に、また、原料が天然繊維主体である為、廃棄後の焼却熱量が半分で、地球温暖化の要因となる年少児のCO₂排出量もポリプロピレン製の約半分以下です。 漏油も少ない。中空繊維の為、繊維の中に油を取り込み、回収の際、吸着した油のしたたりが少なく2次汚染を防ぎます。
