It allows two separate wire rope ends to be safely connected. Consisting of a U-shaped bolt and a saddle secured by two nuts， this clamp has been manufactured from zinc-plated steel and treated with a galvanised coating finish. The zinc-plating and the galvanisation process are effective at protecting the clamp from the elements and corrosion.
