酸価測定の公定法である酸・アルカリ滴定法の原理に基づいてpH指示薬、塩基性物質を濾紙に含浸し、乾燥させた試験紙です。 フライ油(加熱油脂)など、現場の品質管理に適しています。 判定時間(測定所要時間)は極めて短く、約30秒となっています。 判定操作はごく簡単で、誰にでも判定を行うことができます。 従来の酸価測定キットと異なり、溶剤を使用していないため、火気を特に意識することなく使用することができ、また、使用済みの試験紙は償却が可能です。
